Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All items are made to order and created in-house. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or for bulk orders, processing time may be extended — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship via USPS and offer:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after processing)

Priority Shipping available upon request (additional charges apply)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in Aubrey, TX. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the postal service, but if your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Whirlwind, every item is made just for you — which means we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, we always want you to love your order and feel confident in your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
